I've had one of these tables for a couple of years. The size is ideal. The height adjustment is molded into the underside of the top. Snap one end of the sissor leg into the slot (the height is marked next to the slot) and you're good to go. Heights are convenient from putting things close to eye level while sitting or being able to get on top of the work in a lower position. Great for laptops, reading, eating..

well you name it. Getting one for my daughter who steals mine (portable, light weight and easy to move) and for grandma who likes to eat her meals in the TV room. My son at college loves his too. College kids need to stay portable and this is a great tool. I rave about few things. I think this product deserves it. Make sure you get the 30x20 model. There's a slightly smaller one I do not like as well.
